AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ivsound.com and your purchase and use of products offered by IV Sound.

By visiting our website, placing an order, downloading a product, or otherwise using our website or products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website or purchase our products.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

IV Sound sells downloadable digital products, including drum kits, vocal templates, audio resources, plugin settings, and other digital music-production products.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

Some products may require certain software, plugins, operating systems, equipment, or software versions. Third-party software and plugins are not included with your purchase unless specifically stated on the product page.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that you have the necessary software, plugins, equipment, and technical requirements.

IV Sound is not responsible for incompatibility caused by:

- Missing third-party software or plugins
- Unsupported software or plugin versions
- Changes made by third-party software or plugin developers
- Unsupported operating systems or equipment
- Incorrect installation or use
- Failure to review the product description or requirements

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. However, minor differences may exist between product previews, images, demonstrations, descriptions, and the final downloaded product.

ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, and payment information when placing an order.

Payments may be processed through Wix Payments or supported payment methods and providers, including PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo. Your payment provider may apply its own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and processing requirements.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment failure
- Website or technical errors
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed but before product access has been provided, the applicable payment will be returned.

After a successful purchase, products may be delivered through a download link, order-confirmation page, customer account, email, or another electronic delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to it. You should download and securely store your purchased files after receiving access.

We do not guarantee that download links or previously purchased files will remain available indefinitely.

REFUNDS AND FINAL SALES

Because our products are digital, all purchases are final and non-refundable once an order has been completed or access to the product has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including:

- Changing your mind after purchasing
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Accidental purchases
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction
- Missing required software or plugins
- Software, plugin, system, or equipment incompatibility
- Failure to review the product description or requirements
- Lack of knowledge regarding installation or use

If a download link does not work or a purchased file is missing, damaged, or corrupted, contact us for assistance. We may provide a replacement download, corrected file, updated link, or reasonable technical assistance after confirming the purchase.

Duplicate charges and other payment issues will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCT LICENSE

Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product subject to these Terms and Conditions.

You may use purchased sounds, settings, templates, and other product elements as part of your own original music productions.

You may release, distribute, perform, stream, monetize, license, or sell your original music productions created using our products for personal or commercial purposes.

You may modify purchased products as necessary for use in your own original music productions.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, its original source files, its design, or any intellectual-property rights belonging to IV Sound or its licensors.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or give away a product or its original files
- Share purchased files or download links with another person
- Make a product available through a file-sharing service, cloud folder, marketplace, website, application, database, or subscription service
- Sell or distribute a product in substantially the same form in which it was provided
- Repackage a product as your own drum kit, sound pack, preset pack, template, sample library, or competing digital product
- Include the original product files in another product offered for sale, download, licensing, or distribution
- Claim ownership of an IV Sound product or its original files
- Remove copyright, trademark, ownership, or licensing notices
- Copy or distribute product previews, artwork, descriptions, graphics, or website content without permission
- Attempt to bypass website security, payment controls, download limits, or access restrictions
- Use automated systems to scrape, copy, download, or reproduce website content without permission
- Use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes

A separate purchase is required for each individual user unless the product page specifically permits multiple users or team use.

If a product contains separate license terms, those product-specific terms will apply to that product. If the product-specific terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the product-specific terms will control.

Your license may be terminated if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Termination does not give you permission to continue distributing or using the original product files in violation of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its contents, including products, sounds, templates, settings, graphics, logos, artwork, product names, descriptions, videos, text, layouts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to IV Sound and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing on the website transfers ownership of IV Sound intellectual property to you.

IV Sound names, logos, product names, branding, artwork, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

References to third-party software, plugins, products, platforms, or trademarks are provided for identification and compatibility purposes only. These references do not imply ownership, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement unless specifically stated.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and license requirements of any third-party software, plugin, platform, or service you use.
