DIGITAL PRODUCTS

IV Sound sells downloadable digital products, including drum kits, vocal templates, audio resources, plugin settings, and other digital music-production products.

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable once an order has been completed or access to the product has been provided.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for reasons including:

- Changing your mind after purchasing
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Failing to review the product description or requirements
- Incompatibility with your software, plugins, operating system, or equipment
- Not owning the plugins or software required to use a product
- Lack of knowledge regarding how to install or use the product
- Accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

Before purchasing, please review the product description and any listed software, plugin, or compatibility requirements.

DOWNLOAD OR PRODUCT ISSUES

Although purchases are non-refundable, we want customers to receive the products they purchased.

Please contact us if:

- You did not receive your download or access instructions
- A download link is not working
- A file appears to be missing, damaged, or corrupted
- You received a product different from the one ordered

After confirming the purchase, we may provide a replacement download, corrected file, updated link, or reasonable technical assistance.

DUPLICATE CHARGES

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your name, email address, order number, and a description of the charge.

Confirmed duplicate charges may be refunded to the original payment method.

UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us promptly.

You should also contact your payment provider or financial institution to protect your account.

EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the product is digital, that delivery or access may begin immediately, and that the purchase is non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
